Assessments
FAPE Consulting offers assessments funded by parents, adult clients, school districts, private schools, or colleges/universities. Our evaluations identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential disabilities to recommend interventions, supports, accommodations, or modifications for educational settings, from preschool to K-12 and postsecondary levels.
Areas of assessment may include:

Behavioral (including functional behavior assessments if desired)

In addition to the 13 special education categories outlined by the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for IEP eligibility, we provide diagnoses for consideration by private schools, colleges, universities, or Section 504 teams, such as:
ADHD
Autism
Specific Learning Disorders (dyslexia, dyscalculia, etc.)
Various emotional disabilities (anxiety, depression, etc.)
Various behavioral disabilities
As licensed educational psychologists, Dr. Ihori and Dr. Melara are authorized within California to conduct educational evaluations, make diagnoses, and interpret tests related to academic ability, learning patterns, achievement, motivation, and personality factors directly related to academic learning problems.
